Last modified: Friday, June 8, 2007 8:45 PM EDT City firm buys Ohio business ATTLEBORO - TriMark USA Inc. has acquired Cleveland foodservice equipment dealer S.S. Kemp and Co. for an undisclosed amount. TriMark, headquartered in Attleboro, is one of the nation's largest distributors of foodservice equipment and supplies. Kemp, which employs about 120 people, had reported sales of $54 million last year. The new acquisition will be known as TriMark S.S. Kemp. Audax Group purchased TriMark last year.
