To the editor: I read an interesting interpretation of the Second Amendment of the United States. Richard Peters claims that all we have to do to control crime is remove all guns from the residents of the United States and it will be the end of crime like an aspirin stops a headache. Fat chance. The criminals would be using clubs and rocks to do their dirty work. You would have to chew your steak with your teeth and other things because the next thing would be knives. Don't forget automobiles. They are killers also. Anything that could kill should be eliminated according to this letter.
